The project includes implementation of technological innovation – product innovation in the Applicant’s company. In this respect, it will be necessary to use advisory services including, among others, consulting projects in the field of design, execution, implementation and commissioning of a product – an innovative CRM system dedicated to medical institutions. The solution designed in the advisory framework will be designed to improve, support and automate patient handling processes. The entrepreneur intends to use advisory support to develop a system with an optimised set of functionalities based on cloud computing. Supplementing the offer with this solution will directly affect the competitiveness of the company. Significant scarcity of resources as well as a lack of knowledge in areas defined in the implementation timetable represent a key barrier to the development and commercialisation of the solution. The main reasons for using external support for the production and introduction of RIS are: Staff competence gaps in critical areas: Analysis of the market of medical IT systems and the need to conduct interviews with direct recipients of the system in order to optimise the functional scope of the system Support at the manufacturing stage in the area of standards of creating project documentation – properly developed documentation will minimise the risk of fluctuation of developers, will be a model for further IT projects, will enable rapid and effective product development, commercialisation support in the context of strategic development of the product portfolio.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014Przedmiotem danego projektu jest skorzystanie przez przedsiębiorstwo DN Daniel Nowocin z proinnowacyjnych usług doradczych świadczonych przez IOB. Projekt obejmuje implementacje innowacji technologicznej - produktowej w firmie Wnioskodawcy. W tym zakresie niezbędne będzie skorzystanie z usług doradczych obejmujących m.in. realizacje doradztwa w zakresie projektowania, wykonania, implementacji i uruchomienia produktu - innowacyjnego systemu CRM dedykowanego dla placówek medycznych. Projektowane w ramach doradztwa rozwiązanie będzie miało za zadanie doskonalenie, wsparcie i automatyzacje procesów obsługi pacjenta. Przedsiębiorca zamierza wykorzystać wsparcie doradcze do opracowania systemu o zoptymalizowanym zbiorze funkcjonalności opartego na chmurze obliczeniowej. Uzupełnienie oferty o przedmiotowe rozwiązanie bezpośrednio wpłynie na konkurencyjność przedsiębiorstwa. Znaczne niedobory zasobów jak również brak wiedzy w obszarach zdefiniowanych w harmonogramie realizacji stanowią kluczową barierę do wytworzenia i skomercjalizowania rozwiązania. Głównymi przesłankami do wykorzystania wsparcia zewnętrznego w zakresie produkcji i wprowadzenia systemu RIS są: Luki kompetencji kadry w krytycznych obszarach: Analiza rynku informatycznych systemów medycznych i konieczność przeprowadzenia wywiadów z bezpośrednimi odbiorcami systemu w celu optymalnego doboru zakresu funkcjonalnego systemu Wsparcie na etapie wytwarzania w obszarze standardów tworzenia dokumentacji projektowej - poprawnie opracowana dokumentacja pozwoli na minimalizacje ryzyka fluktuacji deweloperów, stanowić będzie wzór dla realizacji kolejnych projektów informatycznych, umożliwi szybki i skuteczny rozwój produktu, Wsparcie w zakresie komercjalizacji w kontekście strategicznego rozwoju portfela produktów.
