The applicant has developed a business strategy, which needs to be complemented by a financial model, allowing actions to be carried out in good time to ensure the desired level of financing of a developing company. A complete marketing strategy, which is currently lacking in the company’s competitive and customer segment, is an essential element to complement the business model and impact on the cost structure, at the same time affecting the company’s market success and product innovation itself. All analytical work and the development and implementation of the strategy will take place with the participation of IOB experts. With the implementation of product innovation, it will be necessary to implement marketing innovation. In order for the Applicant to compete in the market with efficiency and efficiency, it is necessary to implement process and organisational innovation and therefore carry out work related to identifying, optimising and mapping key business processes, as well as optimising organisational structures. IOB support will consist of refinement of the functional concept of the product(s) itself in the form of an orderly document – this documentation will allow the choice of the best technology provider. Pro-innovative services will also be linked to the risk assessment of implementation and adequate support for pilot implementation and full innovation, with full and ongoing monitoring of implementation progress. The project also plans investment expenses related to the purchase of appropriate software, thanks to which it will be possible to offer an innovative product and computer testing equipment. SA.42799(2015/X)Przedmiotem projektu jest dzięki proinnowacyjnym usługom Instytucji Otoczenia Biznesu opracowanie i wdrożenie na rynek innowacyjnego produktu: usługi wsparcia przedsiębiorstw w zakresie procesów związanych z ochroną danych osobowych i bezpieczeństwem informacji. Wnioskodawca opracował strategię biznesową, która wymaga uzupełnienia o model finansowy, pozwalający na przeprowadzenie z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem działań zapewniających żądany poziom finansowania rozwijającej się firmy. Niezbędnym elementem uzupełniającym model biznesowy i mającym wpływ na strukturę kosztów, jednocześnie wpływającym na sukces rynkowy firmy i samej innowacji produktowej jest kompletna strategia marketingowa, której obecnie w firmie brak, a która zostanie opracowana na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz rynku w segmencie konkurencji i klientów. Całość prac analitycznych oraz opracowania i wdrożenia strategii odbędzie się przy udziale ekspertów IOB. Wraz z wdrożeniem innowacji produktowej niezbędne będzie wdrożenie innowacji marketingowej. Aby firma Wnioskodawcy mogła konkurować na rynku efektywnością i sprawnością działania konieczne jest wdrożenie innowacji procesowej i organizacyjnej, a zatem przeprowadzenie prac związanych z identyfikacją kluczowych procesów biznesowych oraz ich optymalizacją i mapowaniem, jak również optymalizacją struktur organizacyjnych. Wsparcie IOB będzie polegało na dopracowaniu koncepcji funkcjonalnej samego produktu(usługi) w formie uporządkowanego dokumentu - dokumentacja ta pozwoli na wybór najlepszego dostawcy technologii. Proinnowacyjne usługi związane będą również z szacowaniem ryzyka wdrożenia oraz odpowiednim wsparciem wdrożenia pilotażowego i pełnego innowacji, przy pełnym, bieżącym monitoringu postępów wdrożenia. W ramach projektu planowane są także wydatki inwestycyjne związane z zakupem odpowiedniego oprogramowania, dzięki któremu możliwe będzie oferowanie innowacyjnego produktu oraz sprzęt komputerowy do testowania.
