On the other hand, the start of the PCT National Phase will take place in the following 5 countries: USA, Canada, Japan, Russia and Australia. „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014; pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020.”Projekt dotyczy uzyskania międzynarodowej ochrony patentowej w trybie międzynarodowym PCT oraz w trybie Konwencji o udzielaniu patentów europejskich (tzw. Konwencji monachijskiej) na krajowe zgłoszenie patentowego nr P.414055 dotyczącego rozwiązań z zakresu energooszczędnego budownictwa. Projekt zakłada, że w ramach procedury PCT zostanie przeprowadzona Faza Międzynarodowa dla 37 sygnatariuszy Konwencji Monachijskiej oraz Faza Krajowa dla 5 wybranych państw. Po uzyskaniu decyzji Europejskiego Urzędu Patentowego o udzieleniu patentu europejskiego nastąpi walidacja (potwierdzenie ważności) patentu europejskiego we wszystkich 37 krajach-stronach Konwencji Monachijskiej (spośród 38) (w tej grupie znajdą wszystkie państwa Unii Europejskiej). Natomiast rozpoczęcie Fazy Krajowej PCT nastąpi w 5 następujących państwach: USA, Kanadzie, Japonii, Rosji i Australii. Rozwiązanie będące przedmiotem planowanej ochrony międzynarodowej jest wynikiem wdrożenia prac badawczo-rozwojowych w działalności przedsiębiorstwa. (Polish)
