Reference number of the aid programme: SA.42799(2015/X), intended for public aid: Article 28 of Commission Regulation No 651/2014 The object of the project is to take action to acquire rights from the registration of industrial designs in the territory of the European Union (28 Member States) concerning innovative training posts for learning: • programming and configuration of programmable PLC logic controllers at the basic level, • programming and configuration of programmable PLC logic controllers at the advanced level, • programming and configuration of programmable PLCs with special emphasis on data exchange via PROFINET/PROFIBUS industrial networks, • rules of operation, configuration and implementation of industrial sensory. The project is also aimed at acquiring rights from the registration of an industrial design concerning the production machine for industrial assembly and the quality verification of selected elements and functions of the hydraulic shock absorber. The scope of the actions covers the costs of professional services of the attorney (patent attorney), including the preparation of the application form and the payment of necessary official fees – fee per application and for publication. All training posts were designed and constructed according to the original design of EMT Systems Sp. z o.o. employees, based on their own experience and the needs of the training market. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014 Przedmiotem projektu jest podjęcie działań zmierzających do pozyskania praw z rejestracji wzorów przemysłowych na terytorium Unii Europejskiej (28 krajów członkowskich), dotyczących innowacyjnych stanowisk szkoleniowych do nauki: • programowania oraz konfiguracji programowalnych sterowników logicznych PLC na poziomie podstawowym, • programowania oraz konfiguracji programowalnych sterowników logicznych PLC na poziomie zaawansowanym, • programowania oraz konfiguracji programowalnych sterowników logicznych PLC ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wymiany danych za pomocą sieci przemysłowych PROFINET/PROFIBUS, • zasad działania, konfiguracji oraz implementacji sensoryki przemysłowej. Przedmiotem projektu są również działania zmierzające do pozyskania praw z rejestracji wzoru przemysłowego dotyczącego maszyny produkcyjnej przeznaczonej do montażu przemysłowego oraz weryfikacji jakościowej wybranych elementów i funkcji amortyzatora hydraulicznego. Zakres działań obejmuje pokrycie kosztów usług zawodowego pełnomocnika (rzecznika patentowego), w tym przygotowanie formularza zgłoszeniowego oraz uiszczenie niezbędnych opłat urzędowych – opłata za zgłoszenie oraz za publikację. Wszystkie stanowiska szkoleniowe zostały zaprojektowane oraz wykonane według autorskiego projektu pracowników firmy EMT Systems Sp. z o.o., na bazie własnych doświadczeń oraz potrzeb rynku szkoleniowego.
