In the cultivation of plants, specialised fertilisers with composition adapted to specific crops are increasingly sought, aiming to reduce fertiliser ingredients. Based on pre-developed formulations of bio-products for plants – enhanced by the project, innovative organic-mineral fertilisers (Specialised Organo-Mineral Fertilisers, SOMF) containing micronutrients in biological form, bio fertilisers and plant growth stimulators will be produced. The new formulations will be dedicated to specific crops, taking into account local soil composition, ensuring controlled kinetics of the release of fertilising ingredients, as well as their increased absorption and more efficient use by plants. SOMF production will be carried out using a renewable and non-renewable raw material base, using an innovative, pilot modular system designed for this purpose. Proposed solution – unique in Europe, it will consist of combining different production technologies for plant products through an appropriate combination of modules with different functions (including a solubilisation reactor, extractor, sorber, granular) to obtain a specific fertiliser formulation. Flexible production system will allow Grupa Azoty ZAK S.A. to implement a new form of cooperation with the customer and enter the market of specialised fertilisers, increasing the company’s competitiveness. W uprawie roślin coraz częściej poszukuje się nawozów specjalistycznych o składzie dostosowanym do konkretnych roślin uprawnych, dążąc do ograniczenia składników nawozowych. (Polish)
