The aim of the project is to develop, in the course of the R & D work, the innovative combustion of fuels in the form of a fuel oil additive used to improve fuel efficiency, reduce exhaust emissions and improve vehicle dynamics, which will then be implemented in its own business by significantly improving the level of innovation of NITYERG S.A. by making use of the results of the R & D project.The new technology will have characteristics that are significantly higher than the substitutes currently available, including:& bull;improving the ignition properties of fuels, & bull;improved engine start at low and high temperatures, & tuber;improving the combustion process of the fuel, & bull;reduction of fuel consumption, & bull;increasing the power of the motor, & bull;improving the performance of the engine at elevated and low temperatures, & bull;reduction of emissions of harmful substances in the exhaust gas, & bull;reduction of sediment and overlakes within the highly advanced injectors.The above characteristics of the new product will be achieved by carrying out the following work of R & D:Stage 1:industrial research on developing an adequate design for a new generation of products:The drafting of technical and process assumptions in the planned technological process, the development of the conceptual framework for the components.Stage 2:The development will be linked to the verification and optimisation of the different elements of the chemical composition of the prototype and the confirmation of the expected results.Development in the area of impact of different components of the additional components, application tests.     Celem projektu jest opracowanie w trakcie prac B+R innowacyjnego modyfikatora procesu spalania paliwa w postaci dodatku do oleju napędowego stosowanego w celu poprawienia energooszczędności paliwa, zmniejszenia emisji spalin oraz poprawienia dynamiki pojazdów, który zostanie następnie wdrożony we własnej działalności gospodarczej znacząco poprawiając poziom innowacyjności NITROERG S.A. dzięki wykorzystaniu rezultatów prac B+R projektu. Nowa technologia będzie się charakteryzować właściwościami znacząco przewyższającymi dostępne aktualnie technologie substytucyjne, poprzez m.in: • poprawa właściwości zapłonowych paliwa, • poprawa rozruchu silnika w niskich i wysokich temperaturach, • poprawienie procesu spalania paliwa, • zmniejszenie zużycia paliwa, • zwiększenie mocy silnika, • poprawa sprawności działania silnika w podwyższonych i niskich temperaturach, • obniżenie emisji szkodliwych substancji w spalinach, • zmniejszenie osadów i laków wewnątrz wysoko zaawansowanych wtryskiwaczy. Osiągnięcie powyższych cech nowego produktu będzie możliwe poprzez przeprowadzenie następujących prac B+R: Etap 1: badania przemysłowe nad opracowaniem adekwatnej formulacji produktu nowej generacji: - opracowanie projektu założeń techniczno-procesowych w planowanym procesie technologicznym, - opracowanie założeń koncepcyjnych komponentów. Etap 2: Prace rozwojowe związane będą z weryfikacją i optymalizacją poszczególnych elementów składu chemicznego prototypu i potwierdzenie uzyskania oczekiwanych rezultatów. Prace rozwojowe w obszarze wpływu różnych składów komponentów dodatkowych, badania aplikacyjne. (Polish)
