Artifex Mundi S.A plans to carry out R & D work in order to develop a system for the automatic generation of new levels for ‘match-3’ games, while continuing to improve the quality of these levels through self-learning capacity by analysing the levels generated (including those developed manually and by competition) and predictive behaviour of players playing a particular role. The company has planned 8 research tasks that it intends to develop and then integrate the three subsystems (known as Gena, Sophia and Mima) into a comprehensive tool for an automatic generation of levels in “match-3” games of increasing quality. Each of the planned subsystems will be an independent working tool with different functionalities. The implementation of the project results will take place on its own economic activities. As a result of the planned arrangement and the related automation, it is expected that the necessary labour input will be reduced to reduce the production time of both new ‘match-3’ games and to update them.Consequently, the Company assumes that the savings generated within 5 years after the completion of the project will not only help to cover the costs of the planned R & D work, but also to generate additional profits. The company will provide all the necessary human, technical and infrastructure resources to carry out the project and implement it.In accordance with Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014). Spółka zaplanowała realizację 8 zadań badawczych, w ramach których zamierza opracować, a następnie zintegrować trzy podsystemy (nazwane Gena, Sophia i Mima), w kompleksowe narzędzie do automatycznej generacji poziomów w grach typu „match-3” o coraz lepszej jakości. Każdy z planowanych podsystemów będzie niezależnym narzędziem pracy o odmiennych funkcjonalnościach. Wdrożenie wyników projektu nastąpi we własnej działalności gospodarczej. Zgodnie z art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). (Polish)
