The selected contractor proposed to develop a method of bioremediation based on bacterial strains, allowing the degradation of petroleum compounds under anaerobic conditions and low temperatures. This will be a product innovation that will avoid, among other things, the cost of aeration of soil at depths of less than 4 metres and will allow the process to be carried out continuously throughout the year. In this way, Dekonta Polska sp. z o.o. (Dekonta) will obtain a very competitive offer for companies that have problems with soil contaminated with petroleum compounds. This project is a proposal to overcome problems related to the use of biopreparations dedicated to the augmentation (enrichment) of microflora environments contaminated with organic compounds. The project will develop and then implement a vaccine of micro-organisms capable of anaerobic decomposition of organic compounds that tolerate low temperatures. The anaerobic vaccine will be based on 3 physiological groups of micro-organisms capable of anaerobic decomposition of organic compounds (sulphates, nitrate and iron) The project will include: — laboratory tests allowing experimental verification at the basic level of technological advancement (laboratory scale) of the effectiveness of the proposed method; selection of appropriate bacterium combinations, – tests on a technical quarter scale to verify the effectiveness and effectiveness of the proposed method, – obtain the necessary (English)

W ramach projektu zostanie opracowana, a następnie wdrożona szczepionka mikroorganizmów zdolnych do beztlenowego rozkładu związków organicznych i tolerujących niskie temperatury. Szczepionka beztlenowa będzie bazowała na 3 grupach fizjologicznych mikroorganizmów zdolnych do beztlenowego rozkładu związków organicznych (siarczanów, azotanów i żelaza) W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone: - badania laboratoryjne pozwalające na weryfikację eksperymentalną na podstawowym poziomie zaawansowania technologicznego (skala laboratoryjna) skuteczności proponowanej metody; dobór odpowiedniej kombinacji bakterii, - badania w skali ćwierć technicznej pozwalające na weryfikację skuteczności i efektywności proponowanej metody, - uzyskanie niezbędn (Polish)
