“reference_reference_programme_aids”:SA.42799 (2015/X), aid_de_de minimis:§ 42 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Development of 10 July 2015 on the granting of financial assistance by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development in the framework of the Operational Programme “Smart Growth 2014-2020” means the purchase of a service consisting of the development of a new technology.The new technology will focus on the manufacturing of a new feedstock product referred to as the so-called “metallurgical refrigerant”.The new product will be produced from metal bearing waste, based on low alloy steel scrap, in a non-batch form.The implementation of the new technology will result in:a new product/device defined as metallurgical in the metal bath, used in the metal bath, and a new recycled metal material recycling service, which is difficult to handle metals and metallic compounds.Technology is designed to maximise recovery rates, in particular recycling, through the realisation of non-waste processes.Products obtained by recovery, their form, technological functionality and composition of the chemical must meet the expectations of the final product, i.e. the metallurgical plant building.Research and development will also be directed towards developing production methods that also automate technological processes.As part of the development of the technology, a series of devices/products shall be produced to check compliance with the set parameters resulting from the standards applied to the final recipients and their expectations of procedural functionalities.Guidelines for the design and implementation of technology and the infrastructure needed to implement the technology will also be included in the study.This technology will be implemented at the premises and at the same time the company is established.The study will also include a plan in (English)

    „Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020”Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup usługi polegającej na opracowaniu nowej technologii. Nowa technologia dotyczyć będzie wytwarzania nowego produktu będącego materiałem wsadowym określanym jako tzw. chłodziw procesu metalurgicznego. Nowy produkt wytwarzany będzie z odpadów metalonośnych, na bazie złomu stali niskostopowych, będących w formie niewsadowej. Wynikiem wdrożenia nowej technologii będzie: nowy produkt/wyrób określony jako chłodziwo procesu metalurgicznego, stosowany w tzw. kąpieli metalurgicznej, oraz nowa usługa recyklingu surowcowego odpadów metalonośnych, trudno przetwarzalnych zawierających metale i ich związki. Technologia ma prowadzić do maksymalizacji poziomu odzysku , w szczególności recyklingu, poprzez realizację procesów o charakterze bezodpadowym. Produkty otrzymane w wyniku odzysku, ich postać, funkcjonalność technologiczna i zestawienie składu chemicznego muszą spełniać oczekiwania stawiane przez odbiorców końcowych produktów tj. zakładów metalurgicznych. Prowadzone prace badawczo-rozwojowe nakierowane będą także na wypracowanie metod produkcji prowadzących także do automatyzacji procesów technologicznych. W ramach prac nad technologią zostanie wytworzona seria próbna wyrobów/produktów w celu wykonania badań sprawdzających zgodność z zestawionymi parametrami wynikającymi z norm stosowanych u odbiorców końcowych i ich oczekiwaniami funkcjonalności procesowej. W opracowaniu zostaną ujęte także wytyczne do projektowania i wykonania instalacji technologicznej oraz infrastruktury niezbędnej do wdrożenia technologii. Technologia ta zostanie wdrożona na terenie zakładu i jednocześnie siedziby przedsiębiorstwa. Opracowanie zawierać będzie także plan w (Polish)
