The subject of the project is to develop an innovative product through the use of waste ceramic materials with codes 10 12 01, 10 12 03 and 10 12 08 modifying the process of combustion of biomass by preventing ash sintering in a heating device – the so-called biomass combustion modifier. The planned scope of the project will include laboratory scale studies to develop a modifier manufacturing method and determine the efficiency of the modifier and pilot scale tests to assess the performance of the modifier under real conditions with the cooperation of end-users of the product. The work will be carried out in two stages/tasks: Stage I – Laboratory studies on the receipt of a biomass combustion modifier and Stage II – Tests on the use of the biomass combustion process modifier on a pilot scale. The project envisages involving end-users in the process of creating a new product by conducting pilot biomass combustion tests with the addition of a modifier with the cooperation of the end user of the product – a potential customer.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020. Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie innowacyjnego wyrobu poprzez wykorzystanie odpadowych materiałów ceramicznych o kodach 10 12 01, 10 12 03 i 10 12 08 modyfikującego proces spalania biomasy poprzez zapobieganie zjawisku spiekania popiołów w urządzeniu grzewczym – tzw. modyfikator spalania biomasy. Planowany do wykonania zakres projektu obejmować będzie badania w skali laboratoryjnej, zmierzające do opracowania metody wytwarzania modyfikatora i określenia efektywności jego działania oraz badania w skali pilotowej, których celem będzie ocena działania modyfikatora w warunkach rzeczywistych przy współudziale końcowych użytkowników produktu. Prace zostaną wykonane w dwóch etapach/zadaniach: Etap I – Badania laboratoryjne nad otrzymywaniem modyfikatora spalania biomasy oraz Etap II – Badania wykorzystania modyfikatora procesu spalania biomasy w skali pilotowej. W ramach realizacji projektu przewiduje się włączenie końcowych użytkowników w proces tworzenia nowego wyrobu poprzez przeprowadzenie pilotowych testów spalania biomasy z dodatkiem modyfikatora przy współudziale końcowego użytkownika produktu – potencjalnego klienta.
