With the project and service of the R & D Unit, we complete the gap of most logistics systems (the existing stock of shelving and new standards), i.e.: — preparation of technological project documentation of integrated shelving sensors/shelf storage structure and firmware software with data exchange interface. — Parametrising the referencely integrated sensory for indirect control of stock/components on shelf and rack structure, adjusting the versatility of the construction of the source structure to the most popular construction of storage/deposition and transport media. — development and adaptation of reference and optimisation matrices to the ability to function with different data with different measurement curves, frequency of measurement discharge, introduction of a mechanism to eliminate measurement distortions, as well as the development of algorithms for narrowing the heuristic expected relatively true data. — development of an autonomous and efficient online communication system using existing standards of wired and wireless communication that supports multiple data streams generated at the same time and “on order”. — on the basis of the results of the above technological documentation, development of the prototype of the construction of weigh sensory and firmware software, interface, i.e. functional integrated and validated sensory module Jantar SM for use and new shelving systems (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020. Zadaniem projektu jest docelowo powstanie testowanie i walidacja prototypu inteligentnego systemu sensorycznego Jantar SM. Projektem i usługą Jednostki B+R uzupełniamy lukę większości systemów logistycznych (istniejące zasoby magazynowania regałowego oraz tworzonych nowych standardów), czyli: - przygotowanie dokumentacji projektu technologicznego zintegrowanej sensoryki regałowej/półkowej konstrukcji nośnej magazynowej oraz oprogramowania firmware z interface wymiany danych. - sparametryzowanie referencyjnie zintegrowanej sensoryki do pośredniej kontroli stanu zapasów/komponentów na konstrukcji regałowej i półkowej, dostosowując uniwersalność wykonania konstrukcji źródłowej do najbardziej popularnych konstrukcji nośników magazynowania/ odkładczych i transportowych. - opracowanie i dostosowanie matryc referencyjnych oraz optymalizacyjnych do możliwości funkcjonowania z różnymi danymi o różnej krzywej pomiarowej, częstotliwości zrzutu pomiarowego, wprowadzenie mechanizmu eliminacji zakłóceń pomiarowych, jak i wypracowanie algorytmów zawężenia heurystyki oczekiwanych relatywnie prawdziwych danych. - opracowanie autonomicznego i wydajnego systemu komunikacji on-line z wykorzystaniem istniejących standardów komunikacji przewodowej oraz bezprzewodowej obsługującego zwielokrotnione strumienie danych generowanych żródłowo w tym samym czasie oraz „na rozkaz”. - na podstawie wyników powyższej dokumentacji technologicznej opracowanie prototypu konstrukcji sensoryki wagowej oraz oprogramowania firmware, interface, czyli funkcjonalnego zintegrowanego oraz zwalidowanego konstrunkcyjnie modułu sensorycznego Jantar SM do zastosowań używanych i nowych systemów regałowych (Polish)
