Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project involves carrying out industrial research and development work aimed at developing an innovative CAST type polypropylene film, which will be implemented into the applicant’s business activity and then put on the market. The designed film can be used to pack products in modified atmosphere (MAP) without prior laminating with other films. The production of this type of packaging so far is unfriendly to the environment. Multilayer composites of various materials (different plastics, e.g. PP and PET or PE and PET) are not recyclable. As a result of the research and development on the market, an innovative product – a multilayer, barrier monofolia with a “reclose” function will be offered to: reducing the weight of the packaging (by eliminating PET film, which has a density higher than PP), thereby reducing the quantity of raw material used for the production of the lid, thereby reducing the number of packages placed on the market and reducing the weight of the resulting packaging waste, increasing the shelf life of the product by means of reclose properties designed to protect the product from drying/dishing;100 % recycling of packaging due to the structure of the foil. The patent attorney’s analysis has confirmed that the solution of multilayer monofolia with reclose function for the moment is a pioneering solution on a global scale. In the scientific aspect of the project, the project assumes to carry out a number of studies and analyses related, among others, to the formulation of innovative film, reclose function, definition of technological parameters. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt obejmuje przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych zmierzających do opracowania innowacyjnej folii polipropylenowej typu CAST, która zostanie wdrożona do działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy, a następnie wprowadzona na rynek. Projektowana folia będzie mogła zostać użyta do pakowania produktów w atmosferze modyfikowanej (MAP) bez wcześniejszej laminacji z innymi foliami. W aspekcie naukowym Projekt zakłada przeprowadzenie szeregu badań i analiz związanych m.in. z recepturą innowacyjnej folii, funkcją reclose, określeniem parametrów technologicznych. (Polish)
