The design consists of verification in actual conditions of the prototype of the proprietary pressing technology Quick PlasticForming with pre-forming of the pomace (hereinafter referred to as QPFP) from standardised aluminium alloys for the needs of the automotive industry (or car body structure).Authorised technology QPFP by forming the pre-forming sheet will allow to obtain such distortions as in the process of quick plastic forming (QPF) and it is by using standardised aluminium alloys and lower temperatures of the applied qc. The improved technology will be implemented into the Company’s own activities, and will be used for the production of components for the automotive industry: thanks to the implementation of significantly improved technology with the above mentioned characteristics, the Company will produce lighter products with better safety parameters and new ergonomic shapes.Art. 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (Journal of Laws No. I'm sorry.     Projekt polega na weryfikacji w warunkach rzeczywistych prototypu autorskiej technologii tłoczenia Quick PlasticForming z formowaniem wstępnym wytłoczek (zwanej dalej QPFP) ze standardowych stopów aluminiowych na potrzeby branży motoryzacyjnej (struktury karoserii samochodowej).Autorska technologia QPFP poprzez formowanie wstępne blachy pozwoli na uzyskanie takich odkształceń jak w procesie quick plastic forming ( QPF) i to przy użyciu stopów aluminiowych standardowych oraz niższej temperatury formowania właściwego (o 50°C niższa od temperatur stosowanych w technologii QPF).Autorska technologia IPB Polska, której prototyp został przebadany w warunkach laboratoryjnych odwzorowujących z dużą wiernością warunki rzeczywiste, umożliwia uzyskanie stabilnej pod względem parametrów mechanicznych, geometrycznych i metalograficznych struktury wytłoczek o bardzo złożonej geometrii wykonanych ze standardowych stopów aluminiowych (o co najmniej 30% tańszych w porównaniu do obecnie stosowanych w technologii QPF), przy niższej temperaturze formowania właściwego (o 50°C niższa od temperatur stosowanych w technologii QPF).W ramach projektu, na specjalnie wytworzonej instalacji pilotażowej, zostaną przeprowadzone prace rozwojowe nad w/w autorską technologią, zmierzające do jej zweryfikowania w warunkach rzeczywistych. Udoskonalonatechnologia zostanie wdrożona do działalności własnej Spółki, i będzie wykorzystywana do produkcji komponentów dla branży motoryzacyjnej: struktur karoserii samochodowej.Dzięki wdrożeniu znacząco ulepszonej technologii o wyżej wymienionych właściwościach, Spółka będzie wytwarzać produkty lżejsze, o lepszych parametrach bezpieczeństwa i nowych ergonomicznych kształtach.art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz.
