Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The project concerns the production and verification, under industrial conditions, of the technology for the production of towed products in the form of rods and tubes from electrical, electrical and automotive fittings, in the form of rods and tubes, in the form of rods and tubes, in the form of rods and tubes, in the form of rods and tubes.The basic technological problems associated with the manufacture of this type of products are the result of technical progress made in the most recent period in the technology of the production of the material, consisting of the introduction of high mechanical processing machines for the mechanical treatment.New products shall have an ideal and stable tolerance of geometric dimensions and a strictly defined and stable structure and mechanical properties.These parameters define the innovativeness of the product group worldwide.The project starts with the seventh level of technology readiness and has been planned for 4 years.It comprises 4 steps:the first one relates to the development, on the basis of previous research work carried out, of the projects and the execution of the necessary industrial posts in addition to the existing technological links in the manufacture and processing of the Cu alloys.The next steps include the development of testing in real conditions of the developed technology within the synthesis branch of the new base grade alloys of Cu and casting, followed by the extrusion process and the drawing process.The most important step in the development work is the innovative demonstration line for the construction of the technology for the processing of compressed goods onto drawn products that provide the ideal geometry, structure and ownership of innovative products.In order to carry out the selected development work, a co-op is foreseen (English)

    Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt dotyczy opracowania i weryfikacji w warunkach przemysłowych Walcowni Metali „Dziedzice” S.A. (dalej WMD S.A.) technologii produkcji wyrobów ciągnionych w postaci prętów i rur ze stopów Cu aplikacyjnych w przemyśle instalacyjnym, armaturowym, elektrotechnicznym i samochodowym. Podstawowe problemy technologiczne związane z wytwarzaniem tego typu wyrobów wynikają z postępu technicznego jaki nastąpił w ostatnim okresie w technologii obróbki ubytkowej materiałów, polegającego na wprowadzeniu do obróbki mechanicznej wysokoobrotowych automatów skrawających. Nowe wyroby muszą charakteryzować się idealną i stabilną tolerancją wymiarów geometrycznych oraz ściśle określonym i stabilnym poziomie struktury i własności mechanicznych. Parametry te definiują innowacyjność tej grupy wyrobów w sensie ogólnoświatowym. Projekt rozpoczyna się od siódmego poziomu gotowości technologicznej i został zaplanowany na 4 lata. Obejmuje on 4 etapy: pierwszy dotyczy opracowania, na bazie wcześniej przeprowadzonych prac badawczych, projektów i wykonania niezbędnych przemysłowych stanowisk uzupełniających istniejące ogniwa technologiczne ciągu produkcyjnego wytwarzania i przetwórstwa stopów Cu. Kolejne etapy obejmują przeprowadzenie prac rozwojowych nad testowaniem w warunkach rzeczywistych opracowanych technologii w obrębie oddziału syntezy nowych gat. stopów Cu i odlewania wlewków, następnie procesu wyciskania i ciągnienia. Najważniejszym etapem prac rozwojowych jest innowacyjna linii demonstracyjna do budowy technologii przetwarzania prasówki na wyroby ciągnione zapewniające idealną geometrię, strukturę i własności innowacyjnych wyrobów.
