Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The implementation of the project will consist of carrying out R & D works of the nature of development, aiming at the implementation of technologies of production of glass microspheres with new parameters and functionalities not available before. The aim of the project is to develop and implement microspheres, ready for polymer and metal, structural functional coatings. The solution will be a groundbreaking product innovation (microsphere with previously unavailable features and functionalities) and process innovation (new microsphere technology). Glass microspheres (PSM) are easily spread, finely dispersible powders consisting of thin (0.5-2.0mkmm) spherical-shaped glass particles with a diameter of 5-200 microns, produced from borosilicate sodium. Through a unique combination of shape, controlled size, low density, relatively high compressive strength, good sound insulation and dielectric properties, PSM are one of the most important technogenic fillers of artificial polymer materials. Using PSM allows not only to significantly modify properties, but also improves the technological conditions of polymer processing – reduce shrinkage, viscosity of filled polymer compositions, ensure dimensional stability of moulded products, reduce wear of forming equipment. Unique features of the microsphere production process will allow to obtain properties such as the fully smooth surface of the microsphere, ready for functional coatings, ideally spherical shape of the produced spheres, the possibility of obtaining microsphere smaller than (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Realizacja projektu polegać będzie na przeprowadzeniu prac B+R o charakterze prac rozwojowych, zmierzających do wdrożenia technologii produkcji mikrosfer szklanych o nowych, niedostępnych wcześniej parametrach i funkcjonalnościach. Celem projektu jest rozwój i wdrożenie technologii wytwarzania mikrosfer szklanych, gotowych do powlekania polimerowymi i metalowymi, strukturalnymi powłokami funkcjonalnymi. Rozwiązanie będzie mieć charakter przełomowej innowacji produktowej (mikrosfery o niedostępnych dotąd cechach i funkcjonalnościach) oraz innowacji procesowej (nowa technologia wytwarzania mikrosfer). Mikrosfery szklane puste (PSM) to łatwo sypane, drobno dyspersyjne proszki składające się z cienkich (0,5-2,0mkm) szklanych cząsteczek o kształcie sferycznym, o średnicy 5-200 mikronów, wytwarzane z borokrzemianowego sodu.
