The fast-growing semiconductor silicon carbide power (SiC) technology provides increasingly high voltages and rated currents. It is now possible to build energy-electronic systems for power of several dozen-several hundred kW using transistors and power diodes with 1200V and 1700V surge voltages available on the market. These elements are part of power modules whose technology is analogous to the one used for silicon transistors IGBT and has significant parasitic inductions. Therefore, it is currently not possible to fully exploit the excellent dynamic properties of SiC elements, it is necessary to enter the market with low-impedance power modules designed for SiC elements. In addition, it is also necessary to develop appropriate gate controllers, power circuits, also with low induction and proper cooling systems. Therefore, the aim of the project is to develop and implement for the production of a universal energy-electronic functional/functional power block (FBM), which is a subassembly of standard energy systems (bridge wave, three-phase inverter, multi-level inverter) based on low-impedant power modules. In this way, the functional block will be able to use this simple development into a full energy-electronic system depending on the client’s needs in the application. Rozwijająca się w szybkim tempie technologia półprzewodnikowych przyrządów mocy z węglika krzemu (SiC) dostarcza elementów o coraz to wyższych napięciach i prądach znamionowych. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014) (Polish)
