Reference_reference_programme_aids:SA.41471 (2015/X) _public:Article 25 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Article 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ(OJ LEU L 187/1, 26.06.2014).The purpose of the project is to develop a non-invasive method for identifying the condition of the wheel rims.The design will consist of an analysis of the random spectrum in the frequency domain of the wheel on the wheel, subjected to forced mechanical vibrations.A prototype equipment will test the state of the technology (quality control) and used.The quality control at the production stage is intended to capture and remove defective products which do not meet the requirements, whereas control of the quality of the wheels used is intended to improve the driving licence, since the wheel rims are subjected to stress and distortion, which affects their state of tech.These effects may reduce the in-service life of the wheel rim.As a result of the analysis and calculation, it will be determined that the own vibrations of the wheel will be assessed and the actual damping and attenuation of the plant to be assessed.On the basis of these parameters, the current state of the connections will be identified (welded, welded) and the identified fatigue cracks in the tested wheel or loss of the continuity of the section or strength of the structure.In the light of subsequent research, the project will be applied to the aviation industry, steel structures or cars.The test process is non-invasive, which means that it will not cause damage to the test facility.The measurement time will depend on the size of the wheel rim but should not exceed 15 sec.     Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Celem projektu jest opracowanie nieinwazyjnej metody identyfikacji stanu tech. obręczy kół. Projekt obejmować będzie analizę widma drgań w dziedzinie częstotliwości uzyskanego na badanej obr. koła, poddanej wymuszonym drganiom mechanicz. o określonych parametrach. Prototypowe urządzenie będzie badać stan tech. felg zarówno w trakcie procesu produkcji (kontrola jakości), jak również używanych. Kontrola jakości na etapie produkcji ma na celu wychwycenie i usunięcie produktów wadliwych niespełniających wymagań, natomiast kontrola jakości używanych felg ma na celu poprawę bezp. jazdy, ponieważ w trakcie jazdy obręcze kół ulegają naprężeniom i odkształceniom, co wpływa na ich stan tech. Oddziaływania te mogą ograniczyć trwałość eksploatacyjną obręczy koła. W wyniku analizy i obliczeń wyznaczona zostanie częstotl. drgań własnych jak także dekrement tłumienia badanej obr. koła, który pozwoli ocenić sztywność i tłumienie obiektu. Na podstawie tych parametrów określony zostanie aktualny stan połączeń (spawanych, zgrzewanych) oraz zidentyfikowane pęknięcia zmęczeniowe badanej obr. koła lub utrata ciągłości przekroju lub wytrzymałości struktury. W perspektywie kolejnych badań projekt znajdzie zastosowanie w przemyśle lotniczym, konstrukcji stalowych, czy samochodowym. Proces badawczy jest nieinwazyjny, co oznacza, że nie będzie powodował uszkodzeń obiektu badań. Czas pomiaru będzie uzależniony od wielkości obręczy koła, ale nie powinien przekraczać 15 sek.
