The main objective of the project will be to carry out research and development, as a result of which a product innovation on an international scale will be created, in the form of a virtual educational simulator (educational game) for real estate management, including a teaching process based on 3D simulation and elements of artificial intelligence. The simulator will be an internationally unique teaching solution, using machine learning algorithms ("machine learning"), aimed at increasing the knowledge and skills of people managing different types of property (sports facility, office building, school, hotel, shopping centre, public facilities). Three innovative modules will be created as part of the developed solution: — module of real estate management simulator, – module of system supporting decision-making/management processes, – module of design and concepts. The product will be addressed to students for educational purposes as well as property managers, beginners and practitioners who want to increase management efficiency through the use of modern technologies and the application of best management practices. The design solution does not have direct competition – there are no solutions and educational games with a similar level of complexity and potential for user involvement, and the result of the project itself will respond to diagnosed, so far unresolved problems. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of industrial research (stages 1 and 2) and development work (stage 3), where the system’s effectiveness tests will be carried out under real conditions. The results of the project will be implemented by the Applicant within 3 years of the completion of the research work by implementing the results of the work in their own business. Głównym celem projektu będzie przeprowadzenie prac badawczo-rozwojowych, w rezultacie których wytworzona zostanie innowacja produktowa na skalę międzynarodową, w postaci wirtualnego symulatora edukacyjnego (gry edukacyjnej) do zarządzania nieruchomościami obejmującego proces dydaktyczny oparty o symulację 3D oraz elementy sztucznej inteligencji. Symulator będzie stanowił unikalne na skalę międzynarodową rozwiązanie dydaktyczne, wykorzystujące algorytmy maszynowego uczenia się ("machine learning"), ukierunkowane na poszerzanie wiedzy i umiejętności osób zarządzających nieruchomościami różnego typu (obiekt sportowy, biurowiec, szkoła, hotel, centrum handlowe, obiekty użyteczności publicznej). W ramach opracowywanego rozwiązania powstaną trzy innowacyjne moduły: - moduł symulatora zarządzania nieruchomościami, - moduł systemu wspierającego procesy decyzyjne/zarządcze, - moduł projektowania i koncepcji. Produkt adresowany będzie zarówno do studentów w celach edukacyjnych, jak i osób zarządzających nieruchomościami, początkujących, jak i praktyków pragnących zwiększyć efektywność zarządzania poprzez wykorzystanie nowoczesnych technologii oraz zastosowanie najlepszych praktyk zarządczych. Projektowane rozwiązanie nie posiada bezpośredniej konkurencji - brak jest rozwiązań oraz gier edukacyjnych o podobnym poziomie złożoności i potencjale zaangażowania użytkownika, a sam rezultat projektu będzie stanowił odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane, dotychczas nierozwiązane problemy. Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację badań przemysłowych (etapy 1 i 2) oraz prac rozwojowych (etap 3), gdzie zostaną przeprowadzone testy skuteczności systemu w warunkach rzeczywistych. Wyniki realizacji projektu zostaną wdrożone przez Wnioskodawcę w okresie 3 lat od zakończenia prac badawczych poprzez wdrożenie rezultatów prac we własnej działalności gospodarczej. (Polish)
