Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The Carboline Polska project concerns the development of a recipe and adaptation of technology for the production of innovative fire protective coatings based on polymer resins, designed for the manufacture of protection of steel and reinforced concrete structures, especially height buildings. The project is based on the author’s idea of the Applicant and assumes the use of nano compounds in the recipe and a new source of thermo-resistant nano plates. Coating additives, which will be used to create a new recipe, have been selected as a result of Carboline’s own R & D work. The results of the studies and available scientific publications indicate that the nano compounds have specific mechanical and thermal characteristics, which are much better than traditional components of fire-retardant paints, and their addition allows to improve the performance of these paints. Carboline intends to use the properties of nanocomponents to significantly improve fire protection coatings for steel and reinforced concrete structures. As part of the project, the R & D team will also optimise the production technology of innovative coating, adapted to the specificity of the new recipe and achievement of the assumed parameters of the final product. The objectives of the project will be achieved by carrying out R & D works from the selection of the most promising recipe solutions, their testing, by selecting the optimal formulation and confirming its final properties, to the development of improved coating production technology. Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt Carboline Polska dotyczy opracowania receptury i dostosowania technologii produkcji nowatorskich ogniochronnych powłok na bazie żywic polimerowych, przeznaczonych do wykonywania zabezpieczeń konstrukcji stalowych i żelbetowych, szczególnie budynków wysokościowych. W ramach projektu, zespół B+R zoptymalizuje również technologię produkcji nowatorskiej powłoki, dostosowaną do specyfiki nowej receptury i osiągnięcia zakładanych parametrów finalnego produktu. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez przeprowadzenie prac B+R od etapu wytypowania najbardziej obiecujących rozwiązań recepturowych, ich przebadania, testowania, przez wybór optymalnej formulacji i potwierdzenie jej finalnych właściwości, po opracowanie technologii produkcji ulepszonej powłoki.
