Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The aim of the project is to develop a methodology for the production of aircraft parts in 3D printing technology. To this end, UTCAS Wrocław will carry out comprehensive industrial research on the properties of metallic powders of AlSi10Mg aluminium alloy, as well as, in case of obtaining unsatisfactory parameters for this alloy, A20X, used in existing production methods, and will select optimal from the point of view of the results of these tests of technical solutions. Based on the results of industrial research, the research team will proceed to experimental printouts of parts according to the outlined methodology to confirm the reliability of the theoretical assumptions and resulting from the laboratory scale. The model 3D printouts thus obtained will provide the basis for the launch of the qualification and certification procedures, allowing a new methodology and its use of tools for full-industrial use. The project will cover 8 stages – 4 stages of industrial research, 3 stages of development and 1 pre-implementation phases. The project is scheduled for 49 months. Cooperation with national scientific bodies will be established during the work. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Uzyskane w ten sposób modelowe wydruki 3D stanowić będą podstawę do uruchomienia procedur kwalifikacyjnych i certyfikacyjnych, dopuszczających nową metodykę i służące jej stosowaniu narzędzia do pełnoprzemysłowego zastosowania. Projekt obejmować będzie 8 etapów - 4 etapy badań przemysłowych, 3 etapy prac rozwojowych oraz 1 etap prac przedwdrożeniowych. Realizację projektu zaplanowano na 49 miesięcy. W trakcie prac nawiązana zostanie współpraca z krajowymi jednostkami naukowymi. (Polish)
