Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). Currently, many types of surfactants (SPC) exist on the world market, thanks to the hydrophilic hydrophobic structure used as an additive, they cause better wetting of solid surfaces and allow the mixing of two non-mixing liquids. Currently, the market collapse is observed on the market of plasticisers based on phthalic anhydride due to their harmful effects on human health-carcinogenic properties, harmful effects on reproduction. Several phthalate plasticisers are listed on the candidate list of compounds of particularly high concern, 4 compounds have been included in the REACH Annex since February this year and are subject to the authorisation procedure, e.g. dibutyl phthalate. In addition to the REACH Regulation, the use of plasticisers is regulated by other legal acts, e.g. in cosmetics or toys. In the United States, the use of plasticisers is regulated by the Toxic Substances Control Act and the United States Enviromental Protection Agency, where 8 plasticisers are banned, e.g., diisononyl phthalate. The measures used in the industry were nonylphenol-based compounds withdrawn from the market in many areas. These compounds have been replaced by products containing an aromatic system e.g. dioctyl terephthalate, aliphatic Hexamoll ring and aliphatic e.g. dimethyl adipicate. (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). (Polish)
