Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the project is R & D works aimed at creating WSE Data technology, based on machine learning methods and A.I., which will allow investors to make investor decisions more efficiently by supporting the analysis of stock exchange data using algorithms developed within the project. Implementation will allow to increase investment involvement of investors while minimising the costs of data processing (financial reports, current reports of issuers, macro data). WSE Data will enable data analysis and the construction of own transactional algorithms using artificial intelligence for algorithmic trade. Introduction of user-friendly tools that allow for the development of algorithmic trade, as it accounts for only 10 % of the daily turnover of WSE SA (data for 2018), when in the case of developed markets it is 70 %. The purpose of industrial research (stage 1-2) is to develop and verify in laboratory conditions new algorithms dedicated to: • efficient search for historical events similar to the specified range, • automatic detection of sudden flash crashes, • processing data for classification, detection and location on the time axis of events relevant to the investor’s point of view, • method of visualising stock exchange data and relations between them in 3D, also using VR goggles. The solution will be an innovation on a nationwide scale. Algorithms will be developed as part of the development work (step 3) combined into a single IT system of WSE Data and made available as part of the Investment Support Tools. Expected r (English)

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Opracowane algorytmy zostaną w ramach prac rozwojowych (etap 3) połączone w jeden system informatyczny GPW Data i udostępnione w ramach Narzędzi Wspomagających Inwestowanie. Oczekiwanym r (Polish)
