Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article: 25 EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The project aims at developing an innovative, European-wide, modular solution for drying waste and by-products of the fruit and vegetable industry for food, fodder and pectin production. The project will be implemented in two stages of research, one development and pre-implementation. The project concerns the implementation of product innovation-development of a prototype hybrid dryer for drying waste and by-products of the fruit and vegetable industry. The technological solution will allow drying with hot air, at a significantly reduced temperature, compared to the most commonly used method of drying this type of products. Technological changes will significantly affect the increased quality of the final products of the drying process. They will be able to be used for further feed and pectin purposes, as well as for the high quality of food, e.g. as additives to fruit teas or vegetable mixtures. By accelerating the drying process, the operating costs of the installation will be reduced. The technological solution responds to the demand of companies operating in the industry in terms of efficient technological solutions, taking into account the need to ensure high quality processes at reduced costs. Drying is one of the most important processes of the basic food industry, but a demanding process. The project’s technology is at TRL level III, i.e. analytically and functionally critical functions and concepts of the solution have been confirmed. The results of R & D works will be implemented in the company’s own business activity. Hybrid drying room dedicated (English) | |||||||||||||||

Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art: 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Projekt, ma na celu opracowanie innowacyjnego w skali europejskiej kompleksowego, modułowego rozwiązania technologicznego suszenia odpadów i produktów ubocznych przemysłu owocowo-warzywnego przeznaczonych na cele spożywcze, paszowe i do produkcji pektyn. Projekt realizowany będzie w dwóch etapach badawczych, jednym rozwojowym oraz przedwdrożeniowym. Projekt dotyczy wdrożenia innowacyjności PRODUKTOWEJ-opracowania prototypu hybrydowej suszarni do suszenia odpadów i produktów ubocznych przemysłu owocowo-warzywnego. Wyniki prac B+R zostaną wdrożone we własnej działalności gospodarczej firmy. Suszarnia hybrydowa dedykowan (Polish)
