    Předmětem projektu je odstranění stavby bývalé galvanovny v Jablonci nad Nisou. Objetky se nacházív těsné blízkosti centra města a areál je v současné době opuštěn a neprobíhá žádná výrobní činnost.Budovy a objekty jsou v zanedbaném stavu. Obytná zona se nachází v bezprostřední blízkosti. Celýareál zaujímá plochu cca 3.549 m2, je oplocený, s vjezdem z Mlýnské ulice.
