    Cílem projektu je rozšíření výzkumné kapacity žadatele a 2 partnerů v oblasti experimentální biologie rostlin. Náplní projektu je objasnit mechanismy, jimiž rostliny reagují na vlivy vnějšího prostředí, zahrnující jak abiotické, tak biotické stresy a jejich kombinace. Šíře přístupů (od buněčné úrovně až po vývoj plodů) a metodik (transkriptomika, proteomika, hormonomika, těkavé látky) umožní získat komplexní obraz dynamické odezvy rostlin na vnější prostředí. a.
