In order to structure this approach, the GBH Group has decided to bring all the projects through SOLEBAM, their subsidiary specialising in renewable energies. SOLEBAM owns 14 solar power plants for resale to EDF in Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion. GBH, via SOLEBAM, wants to install several photovoltaic power plants on roofs of different buildings: 1)Hyper Carrefour Destreland in Baie-Mahault with an output of 1440 kWc 2)Destreland decathlon in Baie-Mahault with an output of 137 kWc 3)Mr Bricolage Destreland in Baie- Mahault with an output of 300 kWc 4)Mr Bricolage aux Abymes with a power of 701 kWc 5)Carrefour Contact Grand Camp at the Abyss with a power of 339 kWc The company operates the five plants on the roofs. To this end, it will pay for the various costs inherent in the management of power plants and, in return, will re-invoice a turnkey service for the provision of solar power plants to production-consuming companies.     Dans le cadre de l’appel à projet PV en autoconsommation 2015 et 2016, le groupe GBH a déposé plusieurs dossiers pour ses différentes sociétés. Afin de structurer cette démarche, le groupe GBH a décidé de faire porter l’ensemble des projets par la société SOLEBAM, leur filiale spécialiste des énergies renouvelables. La société SOLEBAM détient 14 installations de production d’électricité solaire destinées à la revente à EDF en Guadeloupe, Martinique et à la Réunion. GBH, via SOLEBAM, souhaite installer plusieurs centrales photovoltaïques en toiture de différents bâtiments : 1)Hyper Carrefour Destreland à Baie-Mahault d’une puissance de 1440 kWc 2)Décathlon Destreland à Baie-Mahault d’une puissance de 137 kWc 3)Mr Bricolage Destreland à Baie- Mahault d’une puissance de 300 kWc 4)Mr Bricolage aux Abymes d’une puissance de 701 kWc 5)Carrefour Contact Grand Camp aux Abymes d’une puissance de 339 kWc La société SOLEBAM exploitera le parc de centrales répartis sur les toitures des cinq sites.
