Le projet "Centre d'Affaires dans les Quartiers - réhabilitation" consiste à aménager et agencer (par l'achat de mobilier et divers équipements) deux sites distincts (un à Melun et l'autre à Dammarie Lès Lys) en vue de l'accueil d'activités économiques.
