    Záměr a cíle projektu vychází z doporučení procesní analýzy. Aktivity projektu povedou díky expertní podpoře k rozvoji individuálního fundraisingu, systému personálního řízení a efektivním marketingovým aktivitám. V rámci projektu také dojde ke vzniku databáze kontaktů organizace, a především k vybudování strategie organizace, na jejímž základě budou vypracovány a vyhodnocovány také fundraisingové a marketingové plány.
