A DEVICE WHICH, IN THE ABSENCE OF A NETWORK, ENSURES ADEQUATE AMBIENT LIGHTING. THIS DEVICE IS WIDELY USED TODAY TO MEET THE ESSENTIAL SECURITY REQUIREMENTS IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR AND, IN PARTICULAR, IN PUBLIC BODIES, IN PARTICULAR IN HOSPITALS, SCHOOLS, PARCHEGGI (SIGNIFICANT GROUP OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS). THE PROPOSAL ALLOWS TECHNOLOGICAL CHANGE: THEY WILL BE ABLE TO OVERCOME THE LIMITS OF WHAT IS NOW ON THE MARKET, WITH BENEFITS IN TERMS OF ENERGY SAVINGS, EFFICIENT MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVICE, SAFETY (AND COMFORT) OF THE ENVIRONMENT.
