Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia o min. 40% w grupie 90 osób zamieszkujących na terenie subregionu Ełckiego, należących do następujących grup: osoby bezrobotne, w tym długotrwale bezrobotne,bierne zawodowo, niepełnosprawne, powyżej 50 roku życia, o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety w okresie od 01.07.2017 r. do 31.05.2019 r. W projekcie realizowane będą następujące zadnia: 1. Szkolenie zakresu aktywnego poszukiwania pracy "Szukam pracy", 2. Opracowanie lub aktualizacja Indywidualnego Planu Działania, 3. Wsparcie psychologiczne, 4. Pośrednictwo pracy, 5. Szkolenia/kursy zawodowe, 6. Staże, 7. Subsydiowane zatrudnienie. W projekcie uczestniczyć będzie 80 osób, w tym: 44 os. bezrobotne zarejestrowane w PUP, 20 osób biernych zawodowo, 16 osób bezrobotnych niezarejestrowanych w urzędach pracy, zamieszkujących na terenie subregionu ełckiego. W wyniku zindywidualizowanego kompleksowego wsparcia min 40% uczestników projektu podejmie zatrudnienie. 10 os. podejmie subsydiowane zatrudnienie w ramach projektu, 30 osób podniesie kwalifikacje zawodowe podczas staży.Każdy uczestnik weźmie udział w szkoleniu ukierunkowanym na podniesienie kompetencji lub nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych. The aim of the project is to increase employment by at least 40 % in a group of 90 people living in the Ełk sub-region, belonging to the following groups: unemployed, including long-term unemployed, inactive, disabled, aged over 50 who are low-skilled, women in the period from 01.07.2017 to 31.05.2019. 1. Training in the field of active job search ‘Job-Search’, 2. Development or update of the Individual Action Plan, 3. Psychological support, 4. Job placement, 5. Training/vocational courses, 6. Traineeships, 7. Subsidised employment. The project will involve 80 participants, including: 44 unemployed persons registered in PLO, 20 inactive persons, 16 unemployed persons not registered in employment offices resident in the Ełk sub-region. As a result of personalised comprehensive support, 40 % of project participants will take up employment. 10. it will undertake subsidised employment within the project, 30 individuals will increase their professional qualifications at the time of their placement. each participant will take part in a training course to raise competences or acquire professional qualifications.
