Projekt polega na rewitalizacji i zagospodarowaniu obiektu dziedzictwa kulturowego (Bramy Lidzbarskiej położonej przy Placu Konstytucji 3 Maja w Bartoszycach, działka nr 123/14; 122/2; 123/133; 112/4 obręb 4, jednostka ewid.Bartoszyce) o potencjale turystycznym wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenów je otaczających oraz zakupem wyposażenia. W szczególności projekt obejmie remont elewacji bramy,roboty archeologiczne, izolacje, zagospodarowanie terenu oraz wyposażenie m.in. w gabloty,rzutnik,ekran, krzesełka, halogeny typu LED, wieszaki szatniowe.Brama Lidzbarska jest to najstarszy cenny zabytek architektury świeckiej z około 1468 roku i jeden z nielicznych ocalałych fragmentów murów obronnych Bartoszyc, którymi otoczono miasto w połowie XIV wieku.Jej rewitaliz.i zagospod. wynika z lokalnego planu rewitalizacji miasta Bartoszyce.Brama decyzją z dn.28.11.67r.wpisana jest do rejestru zabytków.Projekt przyczynia się do rozwiązania wszystkich zdiagnozowanych problemów kluczowych interesariuszy w obszarze objętym projektem.Odrestaurowany i zagospodarowany obiekt umożliwi wprowadzenie nowych atrakcji turystycznych do wachlarza ofert województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego.Roboty rozpoczną się w IV kwartale 2019r. a zakończą w IV kwartale 2020r. Projekt będzie wdrażany przez doświadczony zespół.Realizacją projektu zajmie się Wydział Inwestycyjny.Realizowany projekt zostanie wykonany zgodnie z normami i przepisami obowiązującymi w Unii Europejskiej. Konkretne zadania przydzielone zostaną odpowiednim pracownikom w ramach ich obowiązków służbowych. Projekt wpisuje się w założenia w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 poprzez wspieranie potencjału turystycznego poprzez ochronę i zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego zabytku w Bartoszycach.Cel projektu wpisuje się bezpośrednio w cel poddziałania 6.1.1.Realizacja przedsięwzięcia umożliwi wprowadzenie obiektów zabytkowych w wachlarzu produktów turystycznych województwa i zwiększy liczbę odwiedzających turystów. The project is in line with the assumption made in SzoOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 by supporting tourism potential by protecting and preserving the cultural heritage of the Bartoszyces.Purpose of the project, is directly in line with the objective of the sub-measure 6.1.1.Implementation of the project will make it possible to establish a heritage site in a range of tourist products of the province and increase the number of visitors to tourists.
