Projekt to wieloaspektowe, skomplikowane, ambitne i innowacyjne przedsięwzięcie 5 przedszkoli miejskich (PM) w Olsztynie przy jednoczesnym uwzględnieniu racjonalności wydatków. Zmieni ono dotychczasową politykę Miasta w zakresie edukacji przedszkolnej. Stworzy sieć współpracy, w której każde PM zachowa swoją integralność w rozwiązywaniu problemów, będzie bazować na indywidualnym potencjale i zasobach po to, by się nimi wymieniać racjonalizując w ten sposób koszty. Choć mogłoby się wydawać, że w stolicy regionu nie powinno być problemów (dostęp do infrastruktury, szkół, marginalne bezrobocie itp.), to szczegółowe badania i diagnozy każdego PM pokazały nie tylko problemy indywidualne każdej palcówki, ale także problemy w skali makro - przedszkoli ogółem. Najważniejsze to: niedostateczna liczba miejsc; rosnąca skala deficytów rozwojowych, skupienie się na dzieciach z problemami, a tym samym zaniedbanie dzieci zdolnych lub bezproblemowych, trudności w komunikacji z rodzicami, nieadekwatne kompetencje kadry do nasilających się deficytów oraz do pracy z dziećmi zdolnymi, brak systemowej współpracy PM (dublowanie wydatków). Zakres: utworzenie nowych 20miejsc, oferta edukacyjna i specjalistyczna dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami, dodatkowe zajęcia dla dzieci ze stwierdzonymi deficytami, zaj. rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe, doskonalenie zawodowe kadry, by zwiększyć samowystarczalność PM w realizacji zajęć dodatkowych. Zadania: zadania indywidualne PM, zajęcia kompetencji kluczowych (wspólne, integrujące PM), działania sieciowe (wspólnie, integrujące PM), dokształcanie (wspólnie). Razem: 731 dzieci, w tym 13 z niepełnosprawnościami, 292 z deficytami, 55 nauczycieli, 54 rodziców. Innowacyjne jest nadanie każdemu PM myśli przewodniej - tematu wynikającego z potrzeb i zasobów: PM3 edukacja lokalna, PM15 integracja sensoryczna, PM20 przyroda, PM24 terapia światłem, PM38 muzyka. Przedszkola będą wzajemnie się odwiedzać, korzystać z kadry, infrastruktury, wyposażenia (zajęcia). (Polish)

The project is a multifaceted, complex, ambitious and innovative project of 5 urban kindergartens in Olsztyn, while taking into account the reasonableness of expenditure. It will change the legacy policy of the City in the field of pre-school education. It will set up a cooperation network in which each PM will retain its integrity in addressing problems, be based on the individual capacities and resources to exchange them, thereby rationalising costs. While it might seem that there should be no problems in the capital of the region (access to infrastructure, schools, marginal unemployment, etc.), the detailed research and diagnosis of each PM has shown not only the individual problems of each individual burner, but also the problems at the macro level in total. The most relevant are: insufficient places; increasing the scale of development deficits, focusing on children with problems, and thus failing children who are able or easily alive, difficulties in communicating with parents, inadequate powers of staff to increase deficits and work with children capable of systemic cooperation of PM (duplication of expenditure). Scope: the creation of new 20 places, education and expertise facilities for children with disabilities, additional activities for children with identified deficits, and emerging key competences, further training of staff to improve the self-reliance of the PM in the delivery of additional activities. Tasks: individual PM tasks, addressing key competences (common, integrating PM), networking activities (jointly, integrating PM), retraining (jointly). Total: 731 children, including 13 with disabilities, 292 with deficits, 55 teachers, 54 parents. It is innovative to give each PM the leading theme — a subject arising from needs and resources: PM3, local education, PM15, sensory integration, PM20 nature, PM24 light therapy, PM38 music.
