Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie staszowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 70 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte będą osoby powyżej 29 roku życia, pozostające bez pracy, zarejestrowane w PUP jako bezrobotne, zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu uczestnicy otrzymają zindywidualizowane wsparcie oraz pomoc w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej obejmującej: - identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia oraz diagnozowanie możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym identyfikacja stopnia oddalenia od rynku pracy, - kompleksowe i indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy w zakresie wyboru zawodu zgodnego z kwalifikacjami i kompetencjami wspieranej osoby lub poradnictwo zawodowe w zakresie planowania rozwoju kariery zawodowej, w tym podnoszenia i uzupełniania kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych. Na podstawie wyników przeprowadzonej identyfikacji potrzeb PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, tj. staże, prace interwencyjne, szkolenia, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej oraz refundacje/doposażenie stanowiska pracy. The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over the age of 29 who are unemployed in the district of staszowski. The main result of the project will be the employment of 70 people registered in the PLO. The project will cover persons over the age of 29, who are unemployed, registered in the PLO as unemployed, eligible for aid profile I (active unemployed) or aid profile II (requiring support). The project will provide participants with individualised support and career identification assistance including: The identification of the needs of unemployed persons and the diagnosis of opportunities for in-service training, including the identification of the extent to which the labour market is to be away from the labour market, — comprehensive and individual placement of a profession consistent with the qualification and competence of the person supported or career guidance in career development planning, including raising and supplementing professional competences and qualifications. On the basis of the results of an identification of the needs of the PLO, labour market services and instruments will be targeted, i.e. internships, intervention works, training, one-off economic start-up measures and refunds/retrofitting of jobs.
