POWIAT CHOJNICKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W CHOJNICACH

Projekt skierowany jest do 410 osób bezrobotnych (225K, 185M) zarejestrowanych w PUP w Chojnicach (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia). Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do grupy docelowej projektu, wymienionej w pkt. C.4 wniosku. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. W projekcie zaplanowano nast. działania: pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych uczestnika projektu w postaci IPD, pośrednictwo pracy lub poradnictwo zawodowe, staże, prace interwencyjne, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, refundacja kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy, szkolenia. Projekt uwzględni zasady unijne (w tym zasadę równości szans i niedyskryminacji, w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami i zasadę zrównoważonego rozwoju),prawodawstwo unijne i krajowe. The project targets 410 unemployed persons (225K, 185M) registered in the PUP in Chojnice (excluding persons before the age of 30). The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed who are part of the target group of the project mentioned in point. C.4 of the application. Support will be provided only through the services and labour market measures laid down in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, excluding public works, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the individual project participant concerned in the form of an individual Action Plan. The project has followed the following steps: in-depth analysis of the skills, predisposition and problems of a project participant in the form of IPDs, job placement or career guidance, traineeships, intervention work, one-off measures for economic activity, reimbursement of equipment costs or the retrofitting of jobs, training. The proposal will take into account Union principles (including the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities and the principle of sustainable development), EU and national legislation.
