Projekt skierowany do grupy 196 osób bezrobotnych (126K,70M) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Lęborku. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób pozostających bez pracy - należących do Grupy docelowej projektu. Wsparcie realizowane będzie wyłącznie poprzez usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy określone w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, z wyłączeniem robót publicznych, w oparciu o pogłębioną analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania. Planowane formy wsparcia: - pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci tworzenia/modyfikacji IPD; - refundacje kosztów wyposażenia lub doposażenia stanowiska pracy dla skierowanych osób bezrobotnych - 20 osób /10K,10M/; - jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczych (dotacje)-50 osób /20K,30M/; - staże - 92 osoby /77K,15M/; - szkolenia - 34 osób /19K,15M/. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi (w tym polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji w tym dostępności dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju) oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym i krajowym, m.in. ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, ustawą PZP, RPO WP 2014-2020 oraz SzOOP RPO WP 2014-2020 i innymi właściwymi prawodawstwami krajowymi, pozostałymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi. Project addressed to the 196 unemployed (126K, 70M) registered at the Lęborku Poviat Labour Office. The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities of the unemployed in the target group of the project. Support will be provided only through the services and labour market measures laid down in the Act on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions, excluding public works, on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the individual project participant concerned in the form of an individual Action Plan. Planned forms of support: An in-depth analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the project participant in the creation/modification of IPDs; — refunds on the cost of equipping or retrofitting work stations for unemployed persons — 20 osób/10K, 10M/; One-off measures for business activities (grants) -50 osób/20K, 30M/; Traineeships — 92 osoby/77K, 15M/; Training — 34 osób/19K, 15M/. The project shall be consistent with relevant Community policies and rules (including equal opportunities and non-discrimination policy for persons with disabilities and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation, including the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, Act of the Public Procurement Act, the 2014-2020 ROP and the ROP PP WP 2014-2020 and other relevant national legislation, the other Community policies and rules.
