Celem realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w mieście Ostrołęka i powiecie ostrołęckim. Grupę docelową projektu stanowi ogółem 491 osób (267 K/224 M) w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w mieście Ostrołęka i powiecie ostrołęckim, w tym: 1. 491 osób (267 K/224 M), które otrzymają wsparcie w projekcie, w tym: 1.1 osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach – 286 osób (148K/138M) 1.2 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - 145 osób (90K/55M),1.3 osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej - 60 osób (35K/25M),1.4 osoba z niepełnosprawnościami - 12 osób (8 K/4M),1.5 Bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku pomiędzy 30-49 rokiem życia- 2 mężczyzn. W ramach projektu dla każdego uczestnika zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzona analizą umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie Powiatowy Urząd Pracy w Ostrołęce realizować będzie wsparcie w postaci usług i instrumentów rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt zakłada zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej należących do grup defaworyzowanych pozostających bez pracy w mieście Ostrołęka i powiecie ostrołęckim. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over from disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęcki district. The target group of the project represents a total of 491 persons (267 K/224 M) aged 30 and over from disadvantaged groups who were unemployed in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęckim, including: 1. 491 persons (267 K/224 M) to be supported by the project, including: 1.1 persons with a low qualification — 286 persons (148K/138M) 1.2 long-term unemployed — 145 people (90K/55M), 1.3 persons aged 50 and over — 60 persons (35K/25M), 1.4 persons with disabilities — 12 persons (8 K/4M), 1.5 men aged between 30 and 49 years of age between and 2 men. Within the framework of the project, a specific job activation offer will be presented to each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office in Ostrołęka will support the services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. The project will increase the employability of people aged 30 and over from disadvantaged groups who do not work in Ostrołęka and Ostrołęcki district. (English)
