CEL OGÓLNY: Podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych i komunikacyjnych poprzez rozwój kompetencji interpersonalnych, językowych (branżowych), zakresie przedsiębiorczości (w tym w pracy w grupie) oraz zawodowych poprzez certyfikowane szkolenia oraz wizyty studyjne wśród 280 studentów (S) w tym 34 K i 246 M studiów stac.i niestacj. kier. Informatyka (wyłącznie dwa ostatnie semestry studiów I stop) w Wrocławskiej Wyższej Szkole Informatyki Stosowanej (WWSIS) w okresie od 1.10.2017 do 30.09.2020r., które ułatwią im funkcjonowanie na rynku pracy (min. 40% będzie kontynuowało kształcenie lub podejmie zatrudnienie w ciągu 6-m-cy od zakończenia kształcenia). REZULTATY CELU: 1. 280 S podniosło kompetencje interpersonalne, językowe (branżowe), w zakresie przedsiębiorczości (w tym w pracy w grupie) oraz zawodowych. 2. min. 40% odsetka absolwentów objętych wsparciem w proj. tj. min. 112 S, kontynuuje kształcenie lub podjęło zatrudnienie w ciągu 6-m-cy. REZULTATY PRODUKTU: 1. Liczba osób (wyłącznie z dwóch ostatnich semestrów studiów I stop kier. Informatyka) objętych wsparciem z EFS w celu podniesienia kompetencji w obszarach kluczowych dla gospodarki i rozwoju kraju (wskaźnik 100% wszystkich uczestników projektu) - 280 studentóww tym 34 K i 246 M 2. Sylabusy z zajęć warsztatowych i szkoleń certyfikowanych GR. DOCELOWA: 280 studentów w tym 34 K i 246 M studiów stac.i niestacj. kier. Informatyka (wyłącznie dwa ostatnie semestry studiów I stop) w WWSIS GŁ. ZADANIA: 1. Warsztaty z kompetencji interpersonalnych . 2. Warsztaty z kompetencji językowych (branżowych). 3. Warsztaty z kompetencji w zakresie przedsiębiorczości. 4. Zajęcia dodatkowe realizowane wspólnie z przedsiębiorcami. 5. Szkolenia certyfikowane. 6.Wizyty studyjne. (Polish)

OVERALL OBJECTIVE:Enhance professional and communication competences through the development of interpersonal, linguistic (professional) competences, entrepreneurship (including for the group), and professional skills through certified training and study visits to 280 students (S) including 34 K and 246 M standard studies.Information technology (only the last two semesters of study I) at the Wrocław University of Applied Information Technology (WWSIS) between 1.10.2017 and 30.09.2020, which will make it easier for them to work in the labour market (at least 40 % will continue their education or take up employment within 6 months of leaving education).TARGET RESULTS:1.280 S has increased interpersonal, (industry) language skills, entrepreneurship (including working in a group) and professional skills.2. min. 40 % of the proportion of graduates supported in a request i.e. 112 S, is continuing education or has started to be employed within 6 months.PRODUCT RESULTS:1.Number of persons (only for the last two semesters of study I.Information technology) supported by the ESF in order to raise competences in key areas for the economy and development of the country (rate of 100 % of all project participants) — 280 students (including 34 K and 246 M 2).Workshop and training of certified GR.280 students including 34 K and 246 M graduate studies and unpaid students.It (only the last two semesters of study I) in the GLA WWSIS.TASKS:1.Workshops with interpersonal skills.2.Workshops with (professional) competences.3.Workshop with entrepreneurship competence.4.Additional activities carried out with entrepreneurs.5.Certified training.6.Study visits.
