Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 120 (72K/48M) osób w wieku 15-29 lat z obszaru woj.podkarpackiego w rozum. przepisów KC (przy czym co najmniej 50%Uczestnikówstan. będą os. zamieszkujące miasta średnie lub miasta tracące funkcje społ.-gosp.), o cechach zg. z grupą docelową (co najmniej 80% stanowić będą os. bierne zawod., maksymalnie 20% os.pracująceznajdującesięwtrudnejsytuacjinarynkupracy).Osobyzniepełnosprawnościąbędąstan.min. 5%grupydocelowej, a z niskimi kwalifikacjami min. 15% grupy docelowej. Osiągnięcie zakładanego celu głównego w okresie realizacji projektu tj. 01.12.2019-30.09.2020 r. przyczyni się do realizacji celu szczeg. PO WER PI 8ii "Zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29 r. ż. bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (tzw. młodzież NEET)" POPRZEZ realizację kompleksowego wsparcia obejmującego instrumenty i usługi rynku pracy wskazane w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjachrynkupracyorazinnedziałaniazatrudnieniowe przyczyniające siędoaktywizacjizawod.:1/Identyfikacja potrzeb os. młodych ztworzeniemIndywidualnego Planu Działania;2/ Warsztaty miękkichkompetencjizawod.;3/ Wysokiej jakości szkolenia/Kursypodnoszące kwalifikacjezawod.,4/Kompleksoweiindywidualne PośrednictwopracyzUP;5/ Średnio 4 - miesięczne Stażezawod.Wsparcie udzielone zost. zg. ze standardami określonymi w Planie GdM. Młodzi ludzie otrzymają dobrej jakości ofertę zatrudnienia, dalszego kształcenia, przyuczenia do zawodu, stażu, inną formę pomocy prowadzącą do aktywizacji zawod. w ciągu 4 m-cy od dnia przystąpienia danej osoby do proj.Co najmniej 70% UP (min.84 os.) uzyska kwalifikacje zawod. Proj. przyczyni się do realizacji efektyw. zatrudn. na poz. co najmniej 42% os. znajduj. się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji (min.11 os.), 57% pozost. os.
