Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie janowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem objętych zostanie 201 osób (117kobiet i 84mężczyzn) poniżej 30 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I i II. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawiona zostanie konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej poprzez analizę umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować bedzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej102 osoby zarejestrowane w PUP (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the county of Janowski.The project will support 201 people (117 women and 84 men) below the age of 30 to qualify for Aid I and II profiles.Within the framework of the project, a concrete offer of activation will be provided to each participant through an analysis of the skills, suitability and problems of the participant.On this basis, the PLO will carry out the concrete labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.The main result of the project will be the entry into employment of at least 102 people registered in the PUP (English)
