    V rámci projektu dojde k revitalizaci objektu - provozovny firmy (OSVC) Daniel Pater. V části objektu v současnosti majitel provozuje servis elektroniky. Celý objekt je však ve velice špatném stavu i přes běžné opravy, které firma realizuje, vyžaduje objekt pro další efektivní využití komplexní rekonstrukci. Pro další rozvoj firma vyžaduje rovněž rozšíření prostorových kapacit a proto chce v rámci projektu realizovat rovněž nádstavbu objektu o jedno patro. a. (Czech)
