Zaproponowany projekt ma na celu opracowanie innowacyjnego, zintegrowanego systemu obsługi turysty zwiedzającego rozproszone parki rozrywki, opartego o technologie Internetu Rzeczy (IoT – Internet of Things). Efektem końcowym projektu będzie przetestowany demonstrator w/w systemu. W swojej ostatecznej formie system będzie zawierał funkcje logistyczne, usprawniające proces obsługi klienta w ośrodkach oferujących profilowany produkt turystyczny, bazujący na unikalnych walorach przyrodniczych lub tematycznych. Dzięki modularnej strukturze oraz zaimplementowaniu i zintegrowaniu najnowszych rozwiązań z zakresu sieci teleinformatycznych, technik śledzenia i monitorowania, koncepcji Fog Computing oraz metod analitycznych Big Data, planowe jest stworzenie produktu charakteryzującego się elastycznością, skalowalnością, niezawodnością, tolerancją na błędy oraz wysokim poziomem cyberbezpieczeństwa, a tym samym odpowiadającego oczekiwaniom potencjalnych odbiorców. The proposed project aims at developing an innovative, integrated tourist system for the tourism of scattered entertainment parks, based on the Internet of the River Internet (IoT & pressing;Internet of Things).The final result of the project will be a tested demonstration in/on the system.In its final form, the system will include logistical functions which make the customer service process more efficient in centres offering a profiled tourist product, based on unique natural or thematic features.Thanks to the modular structure and implementation and integration of the latest ICT network solutions, tracking and monitoring techniques, the Fog Computing concept and the Big Data analytical methods, the plan is to create a product characterised by flexibility, scalability, reliability, tolerance to errors and a high level of cybersecurity and thus match the expectations of potential audiences.
