Cílem projektu je podpora biodiverzity a posílení funkčnosti významného krajinného prvku. Při inventarizaci zeleně v okolí vodní nádrže Ponětovice bylo zjištěno, že téměř všechny stromy jsou přestárlé, poškozené, mnohé v havarijním stavu. Projekt řeší jednak asanaci havarijních dřevin, zdravotní řez poškozených dřevin a novou výsadbu. Plánovaná revitalizace zeleně si klade za cíl zvýšit dlouhodobou perspektivu dřevin v řešeném území, zvýšit biodiverzitu a přispět k celkovému zlepšení kvality ŽP. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to promote biodiversity and enhance the functionality of an important landscape feature. It was found that almost all trees are ageing old, damaged, many in the emergency situation. The project addresses, on the one hand, the rehabilitation of emergency trees, a medical cut of damaged timber and a new planting. The planned renewal of green spaces aims to increase the long-term perspective of the tree in the area in question, to increase biodiversity and to contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of the environment.
