The new doctoral programme is focused on the security and safety of nuclear installations, nuclear materials and sources of ionising radiation and their connection with forensic methods in nuclear fields. Linking security, safety, prevention and nuclear investigation methods, this new study programme distinguishes this new study programme from existing doctoral programmes and opens up the possibility of highly specialised education for students not only from the Czech Republic, Central Europe, but has the ambition to be worldwide.
