Projekt počítá s vybudováním varovného a výstražného informačního systému a digitálního povodňového plánu pro město Kostelec nad Labem. Město bylo v minulých letech několikrát zasaženo povodněmi. Hlavním cílem zavedení varovného informačního systému spolu se systémy dPP a LVS je zvýšení a zlepšení celkového systému povodňové služby a preventivní protipovodňové ochrany a tudíž bezpečnost obyvatel a ochrana majetku. Projekt je koncipován jako neziskový a vychází z reálného cíle. (Czech)

The project provides for the construction of an alert and warning information system and a digital flood protection plan for the city of Kostelec nad Labem. The city has been hit several times by floods in recent years. The main objective of the introduction of the alert system, together with the systems of the DPPs and SCIs, is to increase and improve the overall system of flood protection and preventive flood protection and, consequently, to the safety of the population and to the protection of property. The project is designed to be non-profit-making and is based on a realistic target. (English)
