Projekt je zaměřen na optimalizaci oběhu dokumentů v návaznosti na implementaci nového systému elektronické spisové služby v resortu MPSV. Cílem projektu je zrychlit, zkvalitnit a zpřehlednit poskytované služby v rámci MPSV a dotčených organizací resortu a směrem k veřejnosti. Přínosem projektu bude zvýšení flexibility a transparentnosti úřadu při zrychlení procesů vázaných na oběh dokumentů a to včetně snížení administrativních nároků a nákladů na jejich výkon. (Czech)

The project aims at optimising the circulation of documents following the implementation of the new system of electronic file services in the Ministry of MoLSA. The aim of the project is to improve, improve and clarify the MPSV services provided and the organisations concerned in the direction of the public. The project will benefit from increased flexibility and transparency of the Office in speeding up the processes linked to the circulation of documents, including the reduction of administrative claims and the cost of their performance.
