    Projekt je zaměřen na vzdělávání cílové skupiny (především operátorek/operátorů ZOS a záchranářů ZZS) za pomoci realizace sady specifických odborných školení realizovaných kombinací prezenčních workshopů a blended learningu. Hlavní přínos projektu spočívá ve zlepšení zvládání obtížných a krizových situací, se kterými se v praxi cílová skupina setkává, s důrazem na zvyšování jejich měkkých dovedností. (Czech)
