Projekt řeší komplexní profesionalizaci provozu a řízení organizace POHODA, která se zaměřuje na poskytování služeb lidem s mentálním postižením a sociální podnikání. Profesionalizace bude zajištěna externími experty, s jejichž pomocí dojde k zavedení nových nástrojů a postupů v oblastech strategie, fundraisingu, lidských zdrojů, marketingu a kvality služeb. Souběžné zaškolení zaměstnanců umožní, že zvládnou nové přístupy sami aplikovat a vyhodnocovat. (Czech)

The project provides for a comprehensive professionalisation of the operation and management of the organisation of OCS, which focuses on the provision of services to people with intellectual disabilities and social entrepreneurship. Professionalisation will be provided by external experts to introduce new tools and procedures in the areas of strategy, fundraising, human resources, marketing and quality of service. At the same time, staff training will enable staff to be able to replicate and evaluate the new approaches themselves. (English)
