Projekt je zaměřen na posílení procesu profesionalizace Terapeutického centra Modré dveře. Opírá se o funkční a ověřené nástroje managementu, které aplikuje na procesy řízení a vedení. Tyto nástroje dále implementuje tak, aby byly vhodné pro neziskovou sféru. Vybrané výstupy projektu v průběhu realizace implementuje na dosavadní procesy řízení. Zároveň posiluje HR kompetence. Projekt pracuje se vstupním materiálem - resumé procesního auditu. (Czech)

The project aims at strengthening the process of professionalisation of the Blue Doors. It relies on operational and validated management tools to be applied to management and guidance processes. They will also implement these tools in such a way as to make them fit for the non-profit sphere. The selected deliverables of the project will be implemented in the course of the implementation process for the current management processes. At the same time, it strengthens HR competences. The project works with the input material — summary of the procedural audit. (English)
