    Projekt zajišťuje podporu procesů a systémových změn vedoucích k poskytování provázaných, komplexních, dostupných a efektivních adiktologických služeb. Je zaměřen na úroveň metodiky služeb a nástrojů jejich monitoringu, kontroly a financování a je zasazen do kontextu koncepční změny současné úzce vymezené protidrogové politiky pokrývající především látkové závislosti v integrovanou protidrogovou politiku zahrnující všechny druhy závislostí (včetně závislostí na procesech).
