    Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy objektu bytového domu s č. p. 558 a 559, za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti objektu. Pro snížení energetické náročnosti objektu je navrženo zateplení všech obvodových stěn, dodatečné zateplení střešního pláště, odstranění expanzní místnosti ve střešním prostoru a doplnění konstrukce střechy a výměna vybraných oken za nová.
